This subscription is paid upfront and an Olive Oil Refill Pouch will be shipped to the giftee each month.

Our Olive Oil
Unripe olives, herbs, citrus, and green tomato.
A sharp, peppery sensation at the back of your throat is one of the best indications of Le Marké’s commitment to quality, and the high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory value in its oils. These antioxidants, called polyphenols, contribute to a sharp taste and resistance to oxidation. High quality olive oil contains properties that have been shown to provide beneficial health effects from lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and risk of coronary disease.
Bitterness and pungency are actually positive terms in the authentic extra virgin olive oil world! A bitter/sharp taste generally indicates that the olives were harvested early, making the oil extra green + grassy tasting. The sharp taste at the back of your throat that you might feel is an indicator of the high polyphenol count of the oil, which we address fully in the question below!
Our Olive OIl is cold pressed in Agrigento, Sicily.
All Le Marké bottles are coated with UV-protectant matte coating, so you can keep your bottle on your kitchen counter or at your table and don’t have to hide it away in a cupboard. We highly recommend closing the top when you’re not using the oil.

The UV-protected coated bottles are recyclable.
You can also upcycle your bottles; bottles can be used to hold with flowers, branches and herbs, as beautiful shelf art, and when storing leftover cocktails or aperitifs.
If stored properly, Le Marké is best if used within 4-6 months after opening.
Our Oil is collected from an early harvest once annually and is considered fresh for 18 months since bottling. We also generally recommend that once you open your Le Marké bottle you use it within 4-6 months.
Our Balsamic Vinegar
Musty, Complex + Naturally Sweetened with notes of oak, cherry and juniper woods.
Northern Italy: specifically in towns of Modena and Reggio.
Our refined Italian Balsamic Vinegar is sourced from Trebbiano grapes in the Northern Italy towns of Modena and Reggio —where the truest and purest forms of balsamic vinegar have been produced for over 900 years. Here, grapes are cooked and reduced over a wood-burning stove before carefully stored for 15 years in barrels of Oak, Juniper, and Cherry.
There is no concern once you open the bottle since oxygen does not cause deterioration or change the product in any way. Store the balsamic vinegar in a cool, dark place away from heat.
Nope, absolutely none! The sweetness you will taste is the result of a 15 year natural aging process.
Due to the natural aging process this vinegar is not officially organic. However, the process is done at a small farm in Modena using natural techniques and no pesticides.
