We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day, Overnight and 2 Day Shipping as well as FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Expedited Shipping, and FedEx Overnight. We also use USPS for international shipments.Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders. Note that FedEx Home Delivery are standard services, and your delivery could take longer than what is calculated at checkout. FedEx Overnight is not offered to Alaskan and Hawaiian addresses.

While International orders generally arrive between 7–14 business days, we cannot guarantee the arrival date. Please note that there is a possibility for customs, carrier, and international delays that can lead to extended wait times. If your package is taking longer than anticipated, please file a claim directly with the carrier service.

Absolutely. Simply navigate to your Account and reschedule your upcoming shipment for any date in the future. Once you do, we’ll automatically update any further monthly shipments. If you need any assistance, kindly email us at hello@le-marke.co and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping to the U.S.: We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to the following states:

If it is a one-time order, your card will be charged when you place your order. For subscriptions, you are billed each month when your subscription renews (on the same day of the month as your original purchase), using the payment method you have on file. You will receive a notification about your upcoming shipment 3 days prior to your charge. If needed, please make any necessary changes in your account. Please note that if you do not make changes to your subscription prior to your order being processed and shipped, the charge is not reversible. Only your next shipment/charge can be cancelled or edited.

We offer various subscription options. When purchasing an Organic Olive Oil or Olive Oil Refill Subscription your first order will contain our recyclable glass bottle ($37) and each shipment afterwards will contain our plant-based carbon negative Olive Oil Refill Pouch ($24). We also offer a Gift Subscription to send a year long Olive Oil subscription to someone special ($290). This subscription is paid upfront and an Olive Oil Refill Pouch will be shipped to the giftee each month.

Sustainability is at the forefront of Le Marké’s values. Your first order contains our reusable & recyclable glass vessel. Each shipment thereafter is our plant-based refill pouches to ensure freshness, refill your glass vessel, keep countertops clear, and minimize waste. It’s easy—just open the pouch and refill your vessel.

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on products. All orders are considered final sale. For order inquiries and questions, please email us at hello@le-marke.co. If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend that you reach out to the shipping carrier directly for further information regarding the whereabouts of your package. Le Marké is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

We use plant-based, compostable, biodegradable, and carbon negative resources starting with our sourcing all the way to our shipment and packaging. A sharp, peppery sensation at the back of your throat is one of the best indications of Le Marké’s commitment to quality, and the high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory value in its oils. These antioxidants, called polyphenols, contribute to a sharp taste and resistance to oxidation. High quality olive oil contains properties that have been shown to provide beneficial health effects from lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and risk of coronary disease.

Bitterness and pungency are actually positive terms in the authentic extra virgin olive oil world! A bitter/sharp taste generally indicates that the olives were harvested early, making the oil extra green + grassy tasting. The sharp taste at the back of your throat that you might feel is an indicator of the high polyphenol count of the oil, which we address fully in the question below!

Our refined Italian Balsamic Vinegar is sourced from Trebbiano grapes in the Northern Italy towns of Modena and Reggio —where the truest and purest forms of balsamic vinegar have been produced for over 900 years. Here, grapes are cooked and reduced over a wood-burning stove before carefully stored for 15 years in barrels of Oak, Juniper, and Cherry.
